Exclusive Rights

Exclusive rights allow you to use an instrumental for unlimited profitable, commercial/non-commercial recordings or broadcasts.

You can record, mix, and/or master the instrumental in any type of form, except for reselling the actual instrumental.

The instrumental won’t be up for sale as soon as exclusive rights are acquired.

If the Licensee’s use is an audio visual which is broadcast over television, radio, cable, satellite or any similar medium, then Licensee agrees to exercise reasonable care to make such broadcast information available to Licensor so that Licensor can collect performance fees on the music from the performing rights society the Licensor is affiliated with.

You must give credits to the seller of the instrumental.
