Premium Rights
Note: No ‘Trackouts’ for these Premium rights
Premium rights allow you to use an instrumental for three profitable, commercial/non-commercial recording or broadcast.
You can record, mix, and/or master the instrumental in any type of form, except for selling the actual instrumental. The instrumental will be delivered as MP3 or WAV File.
The Producer (King-Vis) still maintains full copyright and ownership of the instrumental, and has the rights to keep selling it, but will not receive any royalty from the Licensees profits.
Up to 25000 copies of your recorded material can be sold. In order to use the instrumental for another profitable project, you must obtain a further license agreement.
In the event a customer purchases exclusive rights of the instrumental you purchased, it won’t be for sale anymore. But you still retain premium rights.
If the Licensee’s use is an audio visual which is broadcast over television, radio, cable, satellite or any similar medium, then Licensee agrees to exercise reasonable care to make such broadcast information available to Licensor so that Licensor can collect performance fees on the music from the performing rights society the Licensor is affiliated with.
You must give credits to the seller of the instrumental.
